This is what happened...

I was a rising talent in the elite Equinox Functional Movement System program until I was hit by a pick-up truck one day. My world changed at that moment; broken to bits, I was lucky to be alive. 

As a result, I encountered a shopping list of injuries;
...and everything I did, whether running, walking, sitting...I did in pain.
I had a separated shoulder, which became an impinged shoulder and was not put back into place correctly.

I lost rotation in my T-spine...

All five of my lumbar discs were hugely bulging...

I had SI joint dysfunction...

My hip was fractured...

My femur was chipped, resulting in a loss of hip to leg connection...

I lost back extension...

I sprained both knees...

At the time of the accident, I was working as a physical therapist aid, functional movement expert, and personal trainer at Equinox Fitness in NYC. 
Despite being surrounded by health and medical professionals, 
no one could fix my injuries or reduce my pain. 

Over The Next 5 Years I knuckled down and started applying the knowledge I gained working in injury correction to fix myself , And During That Time
